The new environmentally friendly water-based coating produced by the company replaces the traditional PE plastic coating process, while meeting the advantages of waterproofing, oil resistance, and heat sealing. The conventional method for making paper cups requires the use of coated paper, which is directly covered on the cup surface and then glued onto the paper cup. Coated paper is generally formed by heating different PE materials, melting them to form a thin film, and then laminating it on the surface of the base paper. PE belongs to non degradable plastics, and paper cups made of coated paper are not easily degradable. In addition, as coated paper is a paper plastic composite product, it is difficult to recycle and can only be disposed of through incineration and landfill after use, causing pollution to the environment. Our company provides a production process for environmentally friendly paper, which does not require the use of coated paper during production, making paper cups and other paper products biodegradable and recyclable, reducing the pressure of recycling at the back end.
